This 1957 AAS winner is the best-adapted mustard for our climate. Its hot mustardy flavor and frilly leaf edges make it a prime ingredient in piquant mesclun. Not as hot when cooked. Perfect for a big mess of Southern-style mustard greens. Will come back when cut; slow to bolt. Survived Roberta’s overwintering trial.
